MY OPINIONS:
Most people are Conservative, throughout all parties.
The Dems have two candidates, Senator Jessie Danielson and County associate clerk Amanda Gonzales, who wants you to vote for her because of her ethnicity and sex life.
Danielson offers her husband’s resume and an eventless single term as a State Senator.
Her endorsements are mostly 1-term Dems who failed Colorado including unrepentant drug enabler Rhonda Fields.

“GUILT BY ASSOCIATION”
At this time, 5 million conservative Coloradoans vote Against Us.
Most of my teammates misunderstand basic Republicanism.
I say, “Let the free market take its course which includes letting bad ideas fail and good ideas be born again.”
I come from a mix of education and filmmaking.
My uncle in law by marriage was 3-time Oscar winner Jonathan Demme.
Another uncle was the basis for the first DA in NBC’s debut season of “Law & Order”.
My dad was a veteran (Army/Vietnam) Tucson cop whose narc team (Arizona Metro), is now run by the DEA. He fell to cancer when I was 17.
The city of Tucson named a street after him in 1998. His team was the basis for TV’s “21 Jumpstreet”.
My 3rd Pulitzer nomination was his life story, along with a man who helped change Tucson from a human and drug trafficking hub to a thriving metropolitan with a culture as diverse as Aurora, Denver, Colorado Springs or Pueblo.
All of our micro-economic problems - I have see this before, and I watched how those leaders won their war.
One was my Pop, another man was PapaLute Olson of NCAA college basketball. Arizona.
I watched him and Lute Olson speak Life into Tucson. Tucson’s who you want to be next. I grew up in crime-central. Now it’s gorgeous.
Think Century City or Burbank CA, minus the snotty attitude lovingly teased in Beverly Hills Cop. Their crime rate is almost zero.
I wrote screenplays (He Got Game, made by Spike Lee (1998 Touchstone), Remedial English for Will Smith/James Lassiter (unproduced) and sports biographies.
I believe God used that to train me for this.
We do not want ineffective county clerks to serve our SoS office.
The SoS role is a Language Arts job, mainly administrative, the production arm of Policy.
Since the 1870s, Colorado’s SoS role has fluctuated in its duties from mere clerical before the Capital was built, to aristocratic name-only, to highly technical, to what it is now, catering to the skills of whomever is elected.
My skills expand our horizons as a State.

I believe I’ll win in November, but first I have to win in June.

The Colorado SCC has a track record of choosing poorly.
